SYNOPSIS

HONG KONG - An investor group, comprised of Verilink Group Ltd (8.07%), Good Hope System Ltd (4.03%) and Precious Strategy Ltd (4.03%), agreed to acquire a 16.13% stake, or 100 mil new ordinary shares, in LottVision Ltd, a surveillance products manufacturer and wholesaler, for 0.171 Hong Kong dollar ($0.022 US) per share, or a total value of HK$17.070 mil ($2.202 mil), in a privately negotiated transaction.
