AUSTRALIA - An investor group, comprised of China Railway Resources Co Ltd, a wholly-owned unit of Chinese state-owned China Railway Engineering Corp's 58.3%-owned China Railway Group Ltd subsidiary, and Bounty Resources International Ltd, a greed to acquire a 45.81% stake, or 72 mil new ordinary shares, in RMA Energy Ltd, a base metals and coal mining company, for 0.05 Australian dollar ($0.033 US) per share, or a total value of A$3.6 mil ($2.338 mil), in a privately negotiated transaction.
